Annual Christmas Party at Crabby's Seafood Bar & Grill
Saturday, Dec 10, 2022 - 06:00am to Saturday, Dec 10, 2022 - 09:00am
Rogers
Arkansas

Our Annual Ozark Section Christmas Party at Crabby’s Seafood Bar and Grill was a festive afternoon with 31 members and dealership Service Department partners. This was a great opportunity to celebrate together multiple 2022 milestones including: • Our 25th Anniversary as a Section • 1st Place MBCA Section of the Year nationally • Barbara Lowinger’s 50th year as a Mercedes-Benz club member • Barbara and Terry Lowinger for their great contributions to our Section received the coveted Members-of-the-Year. Everyone had so much fun enjoying the ornament exchange with participants able to steal any ornament from those in the dining room. It was a so hilarious seeing some unique ornaments that were unwrapped ending up being grabbed by another person multiple times. They then had the opportunity to look around the tables for a replacement ornament that they would really like to take home. The Ozark Section throughout our 25 years have always been very community minded with volunteerism and generous donations. During our party we raised an additional $445 ending up with $1,082 for the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank Ozark Section Feeding the Hungry Campaign. This event’s significant donations came from Dottie and John Miller’s huge gift basket loaded with treasures and our Northwest Arkansas Mercedes Dealership with a deluxe Mercedes-Benz Picnic Basket including a bottle of wine. Also supporting our local children in need, we collected several carloads of toys for the Salvation Army’s Toys for Tots Drive. It sure is great how our members and dealership partners are always so generous for our Community Campaign each year. Crabby’s Seafood Bar and Grill in Bentonville food and service were excellent again enabling us to share special time together during the Christmas season/ Thanks go to Kathy Menold, Barbara Lowinger and Teresa Poulseen for their work organizing the success of this very special event for us.
