Northwest Arkansas Dealership Tech Session
Saturday, Nov 05, 2022 - 04:30am to Saturday, Nov 05, 2022 - 07:30am
Bentonville
Arkansas
The Ozark Section had 23 members from Springfield, Joplin, Greenwood, and Northwest Arkansas participate in our NWA Mercedes-Benz dealership technical event in Bentonville. We wanted to take time in a technical event to help members understand ownership of an electric vehicle and how it is evolving within the brand. Terry Fabbri, Senior Sales Advisor, shared changes in the Mercedes vehicle lineup with a focus on electric vehicles for 2022 and 2023, electric vehicle performance differences, setting up charging stations and much more information to better understand the transition happening with electric across multiple brands. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to experience the ride in an electric vehicle which is quiet and fast and has smooth acceleration. The week before our event, several models that I had hoped to feature, including the AMG SL55 and multiple EQS and EQBs, sold out. We are still fortunate to have this dealership acquire lots of great new vehicles, but, if you’re looking or buying, hurry as they are selling almost as fast as they arrive. Philip Johnson, the Service Director, is very progressive in offering many new service capabilities at our dealership, often being the first in many of our regional markets. Mathew Pankrez, the Mercedes-Benz Service Manager, shared some of the service department enhancements that are providing the best support for all our vehicles including overnight service technicians, express service, mobile service, loaners, and electric Mercedes certified technicians. We closed with members enjoying lunch at the new Napoli’s Italian Restaurant in Rogers with some great food and special time together before the Arkansas football game. You can always check out more photos and event details on our Facebook page Mercedes-Benz Club of America: Ozark Section.
